Macky Hooper installed a stamped concrete portion of driveway. At the time a strip of whitish color emerged from beneath the colored surface. Macky said this would disappear in time. It didn't. In fact, several more strips have emerged. We have talked with Macky numerous times about coming to see what's wrong and what we can do about it. The result is always the same: he makes an appointment to come to our home but never shows up. We've adjusted our schedule many times to be sure we're home for his "appointment" but the result is always a no-show on his part and no phone call to explain why. subsequent calls elicit an excuse, and apology, and a promise to show up--but the pattern never changes.
We would not use his services again.
